The CFS Nevada Solutions crew were very professional. They came to a house I recently purchased and the previous owners did not take care of it. CFS came to my house and gave me a free estimate on the cost of the cleaning. The owner Irosbe Mendez was very courteous and explained they process that would be needed. My grout and tile was hideous and very neglected. I honestly wish I had before and after pictures. They showed up in a timely manner and got to work. About 3 1/2 hours later I was in awe. These guys scrubbed washed and scrubbed again until it was perfect. I will definitely hire them again. I need more work done to this house. THANK YOU CFS!!!!

I had no previous experience with cleaning ceramic tile floors. I asked if all the grout including the high traffic areas would look the same after cleaning, CFS assured me it would. It didn't. The high traffic areas are darker than the rest of the grout. They got the job, but the customer got the shaft.

As part of a home renovation project, the ceramic tile floors and carpets needed to be cleaned. After talking with 3 services, I decided to contract with CFS Solutions. Irosbe Mendez responded to my call immediately, scheduled an appointment, then followed up with a confirmation email. When he arrived to conduct an inspection, and provide a cost estimate, I was impressed with his high level of professionalism, his sincerity, his knowledge and honest assessment of what needed to be done. When he learned that new carpet was to be installed after the date we scheduled for the visit, he arranged to come the next day to complete work in the affected area so as not to harm the new carpet. Additionally, when he showed up for the second visit, he was extremely conscientious and ensured that we were totally pleased with his work prior to leaving. In terms of his work, the results were amazing! Both the carpets and tile looked brand new; the tile floor was regrouted with the perfect color; the laminate floor looked incredible. I highly recommend CFS Nevada Solutions and plan to continue using this company in the future. I was so impressed and pleased that I asked Irosbe for business cards so that I could share his services with friends in the area.
