We had black marks on our tile that we could not get out. He was determined to get it out and tried ssveral different solution and finally was able to get it out. Our tile cleaning turned out great and the cost was good for the work they put into it.

I didn't give 5 stars just because he arrived a little late, and since he was under the impression of just giving an estimate and not doing the job that day, he had to go and get a partner to help him which took more time. But! He did say he could do it that day, despite the miscommunication. Other than that the company would've gotten 5 stars. we were charged $1 per sq ft, so it came out to $300 for tile and grout. He said it would take about 3 hours, but from start of prep to end of moving furniture back into place, they were done in 2 and a half. His customer service was great and he wasn't just dillydallying around. The tile downstairs are clean just in time for baby! I would definitely hire again.

I can't say enough good things about Mr Mendez and his work. I had him hone, polish and seal a marble floor in my kitchen, small dining area and entrance way, a total of about 369 sq ft. He and his helper, Lewis arrived promptly at 9:30 am and worked non stop until 4 pm. Now my floors just glisten!! They wouldn't stop until the results were perfect. He took great care to protect my walls and furniture and cleaned everything up when he was finished. It was a pleasure seeing a man who enjoys his work and takes great pride in doing an excellent job. His estimate was the lowest received and the final bill was exactly what he had estimated. I'll definitely be seeing Mr Mendez in the future for all my floor and carpet services.

The companies we investigated were very similar in estimated cost! We chose CFS Nevada Solutions. The owner...Irosbe Mendez...was very conscientious, personable, respectful and he and his crew (Roberto and Manuel) were hard-working and did a fantastic job on our tile floors (cleaning and resealing the grout), cleaning the carpets and repairing bathroom shower tile! Irosbe even fixed floor tiles in front of the shower that were loose! It took them two days instead of one but the finished product was well worth the time they spent! Will definitely have them return in the future!

These guys were very timely, great communication via phone and email, and very polite. The work was completed and my floors looked great. The price was more than reasonable and they were avaiIable for me the very next day after my quote. I couldn't ask for better, I will definitely be calling them again! Thank you!!!

I was deeply concerned how anyone would be able to remove the deep scratches left by the Salvation Army who entered my home like animals to remove donated furniture. Irosbe Mendez worked his magic and my travertine looked better than it ever. I had just paid a huge sum to another company who did a terrible job of polishing my floor. I will only use Irosbe now. Price was right also.
