After nine years of perfect performance, the shade on our vented/shaded skylight started to randomly fail. I contacted the manufacturer, but after a week of emailing back and forth and not getting anywhere, I gave up. I called Carlos at C&A Skylights hoping that an installer would be more familiar with troubleshooting than the manufacturer and, wow, what a surprise. Carlos was able to assist in trouble-shooting, provide specific instructions on operation and programming, and charged a extremely reasonable fee. I will definitely be contacting C&A Skylight for any future skylight purchases, repairs, or suggestions. Thank you Carlos!

Very easy process - Carlos understood what I wanted, explained what would be done and everything went smooth - I upgrading from a dingy acrylic one to a great looking glass skylight. The view is great.

C&A Skylights employees are friendly and professional. I needed to have ceiling damage repaired in the kitchen caused by water leaking through the skylights. Carlos was extremely genuine in what was the issue with the skylights and best solutions to resolving the leak and damage. C&A Skylights completed the install and repair within three days. They replaced the drywall and repainted with no sign that damage had even occurred. Highly recommend this company.
