Carlos was communicative and professional, but also seemed more interested in doing the best and most efficient work possible rather than attempting to upsell us. We felt he cared about the success of the project almost more than we did. We will absolutely work work with him again if we need roof or skylight work done.

Carlos was responsive, prompt and professional in replacing two skylights in our master bathroom. He knocked down a few branches that had fallen on the roof and cleaned up his area, so that it was better than before his arrival. BRAVO for being true to his word and bid!

Carlos was polite, professional, great communicator, and submitted a fair bid for a Velux skylight replacement for my guest house. He then pointed out that I needed a different skylight than I had originally requested, because the one I had thought would be code compliant, actually wasn't (I needed a hatch skylight above a sleeping platform). Carol arrived when he said he would, and worked quickly and efficiently with his team on the skylight. Cleanup was great, too. His team did a great job on the joist rework and drywall (the skylight he installed was bigger than the old one), and even repainted the drywall to match. Really great work, careful and looks good!

So far Carlos has been great - responsive and communicative. Sent me a bid and informed me of some potential code issues, sent a revised bid promptly.
