Responded within 20 mins to self inflicted outdoor faucet break at wall that I created doing my lady chores. I turned water off at meter and Ben came right out. Had all parts needed with him and very careful as I just had fresh paint on the house. I support local and they are family owned. Thank you Ben! Highly recommend.

Our main sewer line was clogged and nothing in the house would drain. Called Butler Plumbing Saturday afternoon and and he was there in 2 hours. Fast, professional and friendly. Fair price. We will use Butler Plumbing for all future plumbing needs. Highly recommend him.

Repaired shower stall leak and replaced shower head. Was fast, efficient, and left the area very clean. Thrilled with how Jeff diagnosed the problem, went to work, and did repairs without removing tiles or cutting through walls. He would get 10stars if I could give them! P.S. another company told me the water heater would have to be removed during shower repairs so I would also need to get a new water heater, which was not necessary since Jeff did the job the RIGHT way. Hire an experienced professional. Hire Butler plumbing.

Mr. Butler called because of my inquiry about two of my bathrooms being unuseable. Toilets had backed up into the bathtubs. My third bath was unaffected. He was up in NPR and I am in Hudson. I gave him directions and he arrived within 20 minutes. He had to go on the roof, and then had to dig a hole to find the lower outside cleanout valve. He got everything opened up and was finished within an hour. It was the quoted higher rate of $300, but he wasted no time and we were extremely happy with him and his workmanship. Would be happy to recommend him.

I was so pleased with Butler Plumbingâ s installation of two China bathroom sinks and faucets that I had them come back and install a Gerber Maxwell 1.6 gpf, ergo-height ADA elongated toilet. I was uncertain what brand to install and I relied on the recommendations of both Jeff and Phil. Phil did the install and his workmanship is superior. It is a pleasure to conduct business with true professionals. I am already thinking about replacing my hot water heater and will definitely be contacting Butler Plumbing. Thanks again Jeff and Phil.

I was searching on HomeAdvisor for a plumber to replace two bathroom sinks and faucets. I read many positive reviews about Butler Plumbing. I received a call from Jeff Butler and we discussed the scope and cost of the project. Jeff offered some knowledgeable suggestions for the project. The pricing for the project was very reasonable and an installation date was set. Both Jeff and Phil arrived on time. Jeff even brought both a bone and a biscuit colored sink to the house so we could get the best match for what we were replacing. I am not aware of any other plumbing companies would do that for a customer. Both men were very professional and friendly. Phil actually handled the installation project. Phil is superb plumber and a perfectionist. His workmanship is excellent. The results of the project were amazing. I am already planning on Butler Plumbing for some additional projects. I definitely recommend Butler Plumbing, Jeff was easy to work. I am a happy customer. My thanks to both Jeff and Phil!
