Sam Burrell is the real deal. He worked me in earlier than my set appointment, even though he was really busy. Then, he suggested the perfect way to install a cell phone signal booster even though I live in a very old (remodeled) home. Mr. Burrell is very professional and competent at every aspect of his work. I highly recommend him to anyone needing telephone or internet wiring solutions.

Sam installed a difficult ethernet cabling setup in our home. Our experience was positive in every way. He also went out of his way to check his work when we experienced unexpected difficulty in connecting two of the lines to Spectrum internet. The difficulty turned out to be an unusual Spectrum issue (they now only provide one line if you don't pay for their WiFi) and we are now enjoying the fruits of Sam's excellent work. If only all service providers we like Sam!
