Had a telephone jack that did not work. Sam checked all of the other jacks to see where the problem occurred. Many of the jacks were installed by the previous house owner who engineered his own installation. After checking all the jack he did find the problem and repaired it. All of this done quickly and professionally . I would recommend Burrell Service and would hire again.

Sam Burrell is one of the nicest, honest business men I've come across in a long time. He thoroughly explained my options, took his time to ensure it was done right, takes pride in his work and is a true professional. Upon completion, his bill was exactly as quoted over the phone. I would recommend Mr. Burrell in a heartbeat!

Mr. Burrell was very prompt and was able to figure out the problem and get it fixed very fast! I was impressed and he also made some recommendations to our phone system, but did not push them on us at all!
