Jeff the Branch Manager was awesome to get all scheduled right away. Sean, the techician that came to our house was so thorough and did an awesome job. He should be recognized for a great job he does. We haven't had any problems at all. Sean was so courteous and helpful and explained everything he was doing to prevent them (crickets) from coming back. ***** 5 stars and more to Sean

These are the results of a new in wall treatment we perform that is outdating the industry.
So far I can only rate the initial service. Although I was told that the technician would be at my house between 8am-1pm, he did show up at 8:30. My house was vacant and the technician did not have my correct phone number, but when I called to ensure they had my correct contact details to ask to be contacted within 10 minutes of the technicians arrival, he had already been at my house. He did wait around for me until I showed up and was very pleasant and courteous.
Was able to schedule appt quickly and I have noticed a difference already. Will continue to use them

Getting info/pricing would get a mixed review. I first spoke with Britt who gave me two pricing options, $99 special for initial treatment with service agreement to continue ongoing treatment every two months at $65/treatment or $199 for one-time. We tentatively set an appt until I decided which option to take. When I called back the next day, a woman rep said the one-time treatment was $120 and said they only offered monthly or bi-monthly ongoing treatments. When I spoke again to Britt about the $120, he said she didn't know what she was talking about and quoted me $150 plus said they do have a quarterly option. Service tech was great!
