I had a few hiccups with my first and second pesticide treatments, but this time the company sent Marcus Perry — and he did an absolutely outstanding job. Marcus was impeccable and extremely thorough. He listened to all my concerns, took the time to address each one, and I saw him work from start to finish: spraying, removing all the spiderwebs, and making sure every area was covered. He stayed for a long time to ensure everything was done right, which was a big difference from my earlier experiences. Marcus really came through, and I would be more than happy to have him back again. Highly recommended!

Mike did an excellent job, as all of Bulwark's techs have done here in the past (this is our third home where we've hired them). They alert us via text of their arrival, and they're prompt, courteous, and personable. You won't go wrong with Bulwark!

From the moment he showed up, it was clear he was professional, thorough, and genuinely cared about solving the problem—not just spraying and leaving. He took the time to inspect everything, explain what he was seeing (in terms I could actually understand), and laid out exactly what he was going to do. No scare tactics, no upselling—just straight-up honest advice and solid service. What I really appreciated was his attention to detail. He didn’t just treat the obvious spots—he checked corners, cracks, and even places I wouldn’t have thought to look.
