Garrett Robinson has been my representative from Bulwark Pest Exterminators on 3 visits. He has performed pest control services at my home September, October and today Nov 18. Finally, the unseen flying insects and white mites infestation in my home is improving. He is conscientious and feels my frustration with this situation I've had since last May. Bulwark is the third exterminating company I've hired and the best. Garrett listens to my suggestions as to where I think these insects are coming him and applies his own knowledge to this ongoing problem with good results for a few days. Unfortunately, these insects are tough to get ride off so I have an annual contract for by-monthly treatments. I'm still hoping he can locate the source of these insects and exterminate them permanently. Attached are pictures of the bites to my arm and leg.

Garrett was very professional and friendly. He showed up right on time. He asked if we had been having any issues and I told him we had had a lot of boxelder beetles around. He said he would see what he could do. After about 20 minutes he knocked on the door again and wanted to show me an area of concern. The side of the house that faces the afternoon sun had some sort of boxelder invasion. He said he had sprayed heavier here but to expect them come back. He said to call and they would come back out and spray again. Definitely would recommend Bulwark and especially Garrett.
