Review for Braden Albert: Individuals within the customer service field have the unique opportunity to maka a true difference in the lives' of their customers. Not only is it about providing the actual service, but it is measured in the way the service is facilitated. Having a complete stranger enter your home is always a bit scary so you always hope for a true professional to be assigned to your service call. Well, Branden did not disappoint! He was on-time, surveyed the situation, explained the work he was going to do, was extremely pleasant, and made me feel quite comfortable with him being in the house. He answered every question, exuded extreme confidence, quick and as a bonus, he was super friendly to our pets! He did a truly fantastic job, was very thorough, and exuded trust from the moment we opened the door! He has a stellar work ethic, certainly takes pride in his work and made us feel so confident that our pest problem would be taken care of. Thank you Branden!

We called Bulwark Exterminating a few days before getting the service, they were responsive and courteous. We explained our situation and they quickly had the solution to our problem, the exterminators were in our home within a few days. The person rendering our service was Chris Tanis, and not only was he knowledgeable but also gave us great tips on how to keep these bugs away. Great job!
