I was dealing with wasp issues all weekend where they had gotten into the fan vent of our master bedroom. I attempted to deal with the situation myself (don't recommend) and failed. First thing Monday morning, I called Bulwark because of the reviews I had read online, and they did not disappoint. Not only were they able to provide same day service (on a holiday), but within a couple of hours of me calling. Then there was my Technician, Neil. Neil was absolutely incredible... extremely polite, professional, he listened to my concerns in detail and sensed how stressed and frustrated I was and he had a solution for everything. Needless to say, Neil went above and beyond and absolutely exceeded expectations in more than one way. He even pointed out other areas of concern I wasn't aware. The wasp issues have been resolved inside and out, and Neil even did a dusting in the attic. This was an AMAZING experience!!! I highly recommend Bulwark and Neil if he is available. Mike Cushman
