I've been using bulwark for over a year and have only been disappointed one time and it wasn't the business it was the employee didn't do the work like he said and all it took was for me to call they came right back out the same day and that guy doesn't work there anymore

This company has outstanding customer service. They respond to email and phone calls promptly and send someone out right away to take care of any issues. Anthony Bueno was here today and resolved all my pest problems in an expert and friendly way. He always does a great job!

Anthony Bueno came to spray my house again since I was seeing more spiders inside. He was very helpful and answered all my questions. He was also fast and got the job done which was much appreciated since I was working. Hoping that it helps so spiders donâ t keep popping up inside!

I I called this company and stated specifically I only wanted one time service and I did not want to sign a contract. They said okay gave me a price took my card number and then said that they would send me the agreement that I needed to sign. It turns out the agreement was for a 12-month contract with service every other month exactly what I stated I did not want. I responded to that email and stated specifically that I was no longer interested in the service and hired another company to complete the one time application. The next day I received a text message that they were going to go ahead and start services even though I didnt sign their agreement and I specifically stated I didnt want to move forward and in addition they tried to charge my card unsuccessfully. When I called them up they still try to keep me signed up and had my account on auto pay even after I had told them several times that I hired another company and was not interested in their service.

Our tech Micah was friendly, right on time, didn't mind all my questions (or was good at hiding it) Great service we had a nest of underground yellowjackets in front yard. We can mow again. Thanks !

Anthony Bueno provided the service for us. Very friendly and accommodating. He answered all of our questions and walked us through everything he did. We were very satisfied with the quality of service we received. He said if we have any questions or problems to give him a call and he will take care of it.
