Ruben Ortiz is our tech. Very responsive and reliable. Regular bi-monthly external treatments have proven to be very effective in avoiding pest issues. Occasional spot treatments have worked to eliminate pop-up concerns.

This was the best experience I have ever had with a home service professional! DanDi was so informed, courteous and proactive. He answered my many many questions and gave me next steps for each situation that may happen (like if we continue hearing noises in our walls). He took the necessary steps to provide more traps and identify areas that rodents might have accessed our walls. He gave me so much helpful information that reduced my anxiety around the whole situation. DanDi is superb and I couldn't be happier with the way that he handled the situation and serviced the house both for rodents and bugs. He is a huge asset to Bulwark and I highly recommend asking for him by name!
