Adam came out yesterday to service my property, and I had a great experience. He was professional, on time, and very respectful of my home from the moment he arrived — even taking the extra step of putting covers over his shoes before coming inside. He took the time to explain what was going on, where activity may have been coming from, and answered my questions in a way that was easy to understand. I also appreciated that he took extra care to treat specific areas I was concerned about rather than just doing a quick standard service. More than anything, the visit gave me peace of mind. It’s clear Adam takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about providing great service. I really appreciated the professionalism, attention to detail, and respect he showed throughout the visit.

I want to give a review for Adrian Chapa. He has become my new regular tech, after my last tech was with me for 6 years or so. Adrian is awesome - super friendly, offers good advice and suggestions and is great at communicating. He'll be coming back this week to retreat some other areas. Highly recommend bulwark and Adrian!

I got the mosquito spray and as he said, it would require a return to ensure they stay away. Gustavo was responsive, thorough and great.

Danny was great. Contacted me via text about 30 minutes before arrival. Ask what I was seeing and if I had any issues. Inspected the exterior of my home before starting to let me know what he saw. Treated my exterior and came in to treat the interior. As he was spraying, I talked to him about our situation with flies in our house. He went back out to his truck and can in to retreat areas that flies my enter our home.
