Danny the serviceman was great. He went above and beyond in his work and explained all that he was doing as well as providing suggests for further prevention. Based upon Danny’s performance we are considering expanding services.

James was very professional when he was at my house on Thursday, July 24th. He let me know when he would arrive then he rang the doorbell to let me know that he was here. He not only sprayed heavily around my house but he also removed a wasp nest and a dirt dauber nest that I did not know were there. I am very happy that he was so diligent and took pride in doing his work.

Absolutely blown away by the service Jonathan Rangel provided through Bulwark Extermination. From the moment he arrived, his professionalism and warmth were immediately evident. He was right on time, incredibly communicative, and genuinely kind—not just to me, but to my cats, too (which honestly earns major bonus points in my book). Jonathan took the time to thoroughly inspect the space and help me figure out where the pests might be coming from, patiently walking me through what I could do to help prevent future issues. His knowledge and attention to detail were clear, and he never once rushed the process. On top of all that, he offered a gentle reminder to give myself grace and not be too hard on myself about the situation, a small but meaningful gesture that really stuck with me. If I could request him every time, I would in a heartbeat. Truly above and beyond service.
