✅ Jeff Rollins showed up like a pest-control SEAL: texted ahead, arrived exactly on time, went straight to work, eliminated threats, and was gone before the spiders could file a complaint. He checked the eaves for wasps, patrolled the yard for ants, wiped out spiderwebs, and—because the weather’s been cool—laid down an extra-generous perimeter defense around the house. The bugs didn’t stand a chance. Jeff was also extremely courteous to my wife, which immediately puts him in the “welcome back anytime” category. And on his way back to the truck, he casually dropped a local Austin motorcycle contact—so yes, he clearly understands priorities. Anyone who handles pests efficiently and talks bikes is doing life correctly. Professional, efficient, friendly, and quietly hilarious.
