It took several weeks for them to start the job, then one of the roofers put his foot through our kitchen ceiling. They were supposed to have someone come and repair it. After several weeks of waiting home, and no one showing up, I decided to take care of it myself. Then when I sent the invoice for the repairs over 90 days later they were completely rude to me and insisted that they be paid within three days. They damaged our home and never took care of it. Then acted like I was in the wrong for how I handled it. My time is valuable also. I missed time at work and my personal time taking care of this. Completely unprofessional. Worst customer service I have ever received.

Project Manager was Tyler Bishop. A total 5 star experience from start to finish. Crew arrived by 6:15am, brief meeting & on the roof by 6:30am. Worked hard all day, no disappearing acts. Crew respected me & my house, debris stayed on my property - didn't bleed onto my neighbors in any way. Color / style / vent selections were all made by Tyler. The new roof has emerged into a true work of art, absolutely beautiful, we are extremely happy & so proud of the new look. Bulldog took real good care of us & our property, I'll not hesitate to call on them ever again. This was a process handled by true professionals, thank you!
