It is so rare that we see someone with anything near to this level of expertise, dedication, and value for any home construction or service job. This guy is the real deal, honest and professional. He does what he loves, and he loves what he does, and in doing so provides REAL value for his specific niche. Explained everything and every charge beautifully down to the last detail. We had estimates that were much higher, but he was so principled about explaining what was necessary that we were able to actually save money. We had purchased an older house, and the attic ducts were crushed and a spaghetti mess, making the vents dusty, moldy, and impossible to clean. He redesigned and replaced the ducts for an incredibly reasonable cost, focusing only on what was needed. He did all the work himself and was very careful to keep the workspace clean and tidy. There’s a bit of a delay to get him to be able to come to assess your home, but boy, was it worth it!!! Boyd Services was the most incredibly professional service I’ve hired in all my years from HomeAdvisor or Angie’s Service. We’re talking 2 decades of home services. If I could give him a hundred stars I would. We are super happy we hired him instead of the other folks.

Tod was extremely professional - from the first meeting where he described the work he would do, how he would do it, the costs and the time required. - through the completion of the work. He was respectful of my home and my 'work from home' needs as well. I am so happy I found Tod.

Todd is the best contractor I have ever worked with on a project. He was professional, courteous, and very respectful of our home. He did all of the work himself and did an outstanding job. He first cleaned the dryer vent and took the time to show me the vent and even vacuumed underneath the dryer for me. The dryer performed so much better after he cleaned the vent. Next, he replaced the entire ductwork in the home and cleaned and reinstalled the vents. He was so professional I barely even knew he was in the home. He took the time to cover the furniture to lessen the dust. He vacuumed up debris or dust in the house. I have small dogs in the home and he was very careful of them when coming in and out of the home. I had a minor question about a vent and Tod came back out to my home to inspect the vent. There was not an issue, just a difference and he was not impatient with me. He is a 5-star recommendation from me!

Tod came for our appt. as promised & performed our duct cleaning in a professional & complete manner. My wife has been after me for years to clean the ducts of our older home, but I was skeptical. Tod explained the entire process in detail & involved us in each step of the process. Now I'm a believer & I know we selected the right company for the job. Tod is very thorough & provided cost efficient options for the work to be done. The results are amazing.

The cleaning of the AC ducts and registers, as well as the treatment for moldy areas was done efficiently and thoroughly. Mr. Boyd did an excellent job in keeping all areas protected from debris, and made sure all was clean after he finished the job. He was on time and kept the schedule. He detailed everything in advance, and offered options to the client. I'm very satisfied with the job, and recommend his business.

After inspecting my ductwork , he was very honest and straightforward about what I needed, and didnâ t try to take advantage of my lack of knowledge of ductwork, which I appreciated. He kept his appointment and completed the work in the forecasted time he said. I would hire this guy again without question.

Tod Boyd was very professional. He explained what needed to be done to balance the air flow in all of the vents. He gave me a reasonable bid on the project without trying to up charge me on other unnecessary items, like some competitors. He was on time and successfully completed the job. I would definitely recommend his services.

Tod Boyd was great to work with. When we met to discuss our project, he was easy to talk to, understood what we wanted to do and explained our options thoroughly. Once we agreed on how to proceed, he kept in contact with us up until he arrived, ready to work. He was on time, prepared and started off by reviewing the details of the job. His work was neat , and he made sure floors, furniture and surrounding areas were covered. once the job was finished it was exactly as we agreed. No hidden cost. In fact, he did more than was agreed. When the job was finally finished you could not tell that there had been work done in our house..It was great to work with Tod. He was very professional and we highly recommend him.
