The previous pool guy I hired for this job butchered my equipment set up when he was supposed to improve it. He charged me for equipment he didn't install and left all of my connections disconnected. Jacuzzi and blower disconnected. I called Blue Chip and reached Ian. He was sympathetic to my situation and gave a more than fair estimate. I am so grateful. Ian installed a new blower and a new junction box and reconnected everything. Thank you for the excellent customer service and quality repair!!

Ian was a true professional, he came right out and diagnosed and fixed my problem on the spot and the price was shockingly low! 5 stars and I will use his service in the future as the regular pool guy wasn't keeping the pool up to speed and there were mechanical issues that were never resolved. Ian is the man!
