Ian is very professional and straight forward. He goes above and beyond to make our pool look and feel amazing! Truly second to none.

Wow this company was a HUGE disappointment!! 1) During the Summer the pool stairs would have algae they day of service, many times we had to ask them to come back for this reason and also because he was not adding enough chemicals. I would test the chlorine level the day of service and it would test with little to no chlorine. Many occasions I would have to purchase more chlorine and add it myself. 2) Last year the owner made an ACCOUNTING ERROR. He came to our home insisting that we owed him for 5 Months of service, which we DID NOT OWE! He was not politely asking either! His tactics were nothing short of a bully! He would show up almost daily and sit outside our house, ring the door bell over and over again, he would call me and my husband 20-30 times in a row and blow up our phones via text (disrupting our work)! Ultimately my husband went to the bank and attained copies of EVERY CHECK WE PAID HIM and it showed his WIFE CASHED the checks in her personal account and we DID NOT OWE HIM A PENNY! He did not apologize. 3) It rained ALOT this fall/winter which may have been the reason that he only came once a Month at best. Many times his check would remain taped in a zip lock baggie to our pump for weeks on end. So once again we are being harassed! I told him I am more than happy to pay him for the services he did render, after all I have a ring camera and I can prove when he came and did not come. At that point he lost his temper and THREATED ME that he was going to put a lien on my property If we did not pay him for the amount he was demanding- which includes this Month/March which he has not worked at all!! Once again I asked him to email the proof that he came and I would be more than happy to pay for the work he actually did. He ended the ring conversation by yelling that he was going to put on a lien on our home! (I actually looked this up and he can not put a lien on our home because he only serviced the pool- he never did construction on the pool) . instead of being honest and getting paid for the work he did he would rather steal the money from us??? I am going to report this to the BBB. IF you chose this company keep track of all your payments, make him sign a contract that he will only get paid for work he did do, and buy a chlorine /ph checker to ensure he does not skimp on your chemicals!
