I made an appointment for Saturday, but their guy was out and about in my neighborhood on Friday. He showed up, he was courteous and polite, did the work, and he was gone. It was all done in one day, and the customer service was exception, as was the work. Very professional, and I would recommend.

Responded quickly with estimate and doing the work. Did a great job grinding large maple stump. Slightly more expensive than a couple of other estimates I got, but those "cheaper" companies didn't follow through to actually show up & do the work. Black Cherry did so quickly, professionally, and politely. THANKS!

What also sold me was when they left you did not know they had even done any work for me, they worked fast and leave where they worked very clean. I have already told some people about this company, and I will have them back again for some other things I need done to my yard. I give them a 10.
