I asked Robert to provide quotes for a large elm tree removal that sits on the fence line and that hung partially above my house. I specifically asked if he could break out the quote for the tree removal, the stump removal and the wood removal. He provided exactly what I asked for later that day, and I hired Black Cherry Tree Services to just remove the tree. They were able to fit me into the schedule earlier than expected. They also arrived on time, wrapped up work by mid-afternoon and even stacked the logs in neat piles in my yard. A couple days later, they sent me an invoice by email for the exact amount they quoted, and even allowed me to pay with a credit card.
