Ivan called me immediately. Now, due to the fact that I am the renter and not the homeowner. Once I got a call back from him, I gave my landlord the information and they decided to hire him and his company. They did an amazing job getting everything done. He communicated with me all along making sure I was informed about the entire process. When I do own my own home, if I ever need this type of service again, I will be calling Ivan and his crew. The company told me it would be four days to repair and it took eleven days that I had to rent a motel for my tenants. Then the HVAC sub contractor that Sav-on sent did a very poor job and I had to call out another contractor to fix the mess. They refused to return the money paid by the insurance for carpet that was never purchased and labor. The owner attempted to intimidate and bully both myself and my tenants.
Response from Company:
We were called out by the tenant that had a mold problem for over a year. The AC condensation line was always leaking and causing a mold problem .. the job took 11 days because the job took 11 days there is nothing that we can do about how long a job takes with mold and water damage .. AC that needed to be replaced. As for us keeping his money we have sent home advisor proof from his insurance company that he is the one that owes us money.... We got this house ensured with the insurance company so he didn't even have to pay out of his Pocket...

Ivan was very helpful and honest. He quickly and professionally inspected my closet and determined that I donâ t have any mold issues. He made some recommendation regarding musky smell of closet and left without charging me any money. I would defiantly recommend working with them.
