They came into my home and performed an inspection. They didn't even concentrate on the areas of main concern. The destroyed my home, made it inhabitable for a month and kept giving me the run around. Made mistakes that couldve killed us.

Ivan and Savon are simply awesome! The team did a great job with the water damage and mold removal. If not for Ivan, Autumn and Savon, I would have paid a lot of money to fix the issue. Excellent customer service, excellent work and they will help you. Just call them.

Ivan came to my home to do mold testing at 10am and I had the results by 3pm the same day. I was very pleased with the quick service. Very reliable & the mold report was detailed and thorough. I was very pleased and highly recommend this company

The contact person for the job did not communicate the process correctly so expectations did not match up. He became belligerent on the phone and called my husband a "stupid idiot". We wanted proof of mold clearance before giving them final payment. We were threatened with a lien on our property before they finally gave us a weak letter with all kinds of disclaimers. Very dissatisfied with the experience.

With a deadline at 11:59pm this company came right out to do the testing. They understood the urgency. Was this buyer relieved...you betcha. The representative was prompt, courteous and professional. Patrick explained the process clearly and showed much knowledge and patience with our questions. I am very grateful. Thank you Ivan and Patrick.

Before the job was started, we had only one water leak under the sink, and they repaired it. Because there was water damage to the kitchen cabinets from the water leak, half of the kitchen cabinets were torn apart. All the appliances were moved outside of the kitchen area. The cabinets were rebuilt and the appliances reconnected and put back. After they left, we had two more new water leaks. The water filter had three new leaks, one they knew about but I told them that I would fix it because I thought it was a simple fix. I ended up changing two connectors and one O-ring in order to stop all three water leaks on the water filter and this filter was fine before the job was started. It turned out that the new O-ring did not fix the leak so we'll probably have to buy a new water filter. The second new leak was with the ice make water line. Apparently, there was a pin-hole leak on the water line (which wasn't there before) and it leaked for 5 days before we noticed that the carpets in the adjacent rooms were wet. We had just cleaned the carpets after the job was done (since they didn't wear any sleeves on their shoes, the carpets got dirty), so we didn't notice the wet carpet right away. We managed to vacuum up most of the water that we could see in the carpet and dried it with a fan for a couple of days. Since we couldn't dry out the water inside of the walls, we can only hope that we won't have any mold issues in the future. We just discovered that the water had also leaked into an adjacent (common wall) bedroom closet. Half of the closet floor is wet. Several items in the closet including some picture frames got water damaged. We're going to have to vacuum up the water as much as we can and hope that we don't get any mold growing.
