Better Builds & Repairs

The job came out to be 152 sheets of sheetrock which was textured and painted. The outcome was perfect like the sales rep promised. I have rental properties I'm using them on now since they did a good job on this house.

Bryce communicated with me well. The house looks good we took out all the drywall on the first floor 4 foot up and you can not tell now that there were any repairs done at all. The tile looks good, I had found 1 tile with a crack but they came back the next morning and replaced it for free. The crew that was sent out by Bryce was very nice and professional. Henry and Manuel were their names.

The scope was the demolition of existing bathroom, installation of hexagonal white tile flooring, drywall repair, painting, and cabinet installation. Bryce was rude, disrespectful and arrogant. He did not check on the status of work in progress or the quality of the workmanship performed and refused to leave unless paid in full before final inspection could be done. By this time, it was almost 9 PM and it was clear that the work could not be finished that day unless the workers stayed much later. He was literally camped out in my master bedroom. Flooring was poorly installed and had to be redone at a significant cost and delay to us. His workers broke a pipe while installing cabinets and damaged the wood laminate floor to the master bedroom during demolition which we are still trying to get fixed. Although I got 3 quotes and went with the most expensive quote, I am very sorry that I chose this contractor. I have pictures of the poor workmanship. It has been nearly 8 weeks and the job is still not complete. I refused to have Bryce set foot on our property after the incident where he refused to leave my house without final payment. Got the work done quickly and it looks good

They were able to work with my needs and come up with a great plan. I knew up front what the work would entail and pricing. They were even able to do something extra which I of course added to the payment. I intend to hire them again for the rest of my house remodel. Thanks Bryce and Crew!
