Better Builds & Repairs responded quickly to request. Very customer service oriented. Knowledgeable contractors came out and completed the job in no time. The work was completed and done right. Repairs looks great and is exactly what we wanted.

Juan was amazing. He spent two days working on drywalling my ceilings and did an amazing job. I would hire him a heart beat. He is very honest and helpful.

Owner shows up 1st day. I talked to him and walked the house to make sure he understands the job. Replacing sheetrock in 2 rooms and fixing some cracks. I left and get a call saying they need me to go to the hardware store as the workers do not have a truck to get materials. Had to make 3 trips over 3 days for them. Hung insulation wrong. Texture work as bad. Tried to match ceiling stamp pattern with a roller. And they rolled the ceiling in different directions. Widow corners were not done correct by 1st guy.. Owner had to get another person to come out and fix the work the 1st team did. Work took an extra 2 days due to rework. Also left trash and debri in the house when finished. And the people were replacing ceiling sheet rock but did not bring a ladder. I had to lend them one. Original damage was due to winter freeze in 2021, Iwas glade to get someone out but I should have waited for someone I trusted. Went off online reviews.

The contractor Juan was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He had a Herculean task to repair all the drywall patches that were substandard in quality. In addition to repairing the substandard patches, he had to match the texture and then paint.

I spoke with Bryce who is very helpful and knowledgeable. Manuel came out and did all the work. He is very professional and neat. He takes pride in his work. I would differently refer Better Builds to my family and friends.
