    I needed a new air conditioner for this coming spring and summer I had a couple companies lined up to come to my home here in Bolingbrook, from Best rates heating and cooling from Oswego came out with his daughter, and he noticed that the furnace was giving issues. He asked me if there was anything going on, the amazing part about it is I went down with both of them even his young daughter who is nine years old asked his father and said hey Papa, the furnace is not supposed to be making that booming sound right thatâ s when I knew that I was gonna be going with this company for his daughter to know at such a young age how a furnace should operate he responded with. Itâ s not operating well but weâ re going to figure it out. Keep in mind I had called him for the air conditioner on he checked the age of the unit and the brand-name and he brought me up to speed. My unit was 14 years old after he said what was causing the booming sound was that I had a flexible gas line and he said that he would repair it for me. He also went above and beyond and check the inside of the furnace and the condition with his camera and I saw that it was rusting up in the inside. His professionalism was great he said we can continue to the just AC If you would like to, but you may only have a couple years left. He gave me both options for both. I went forward with him. Right away You canâ t shop that type of customer service. The morning of the install it was raining I thought to myself maybe they will reschedule Shirley enough. They showed up at 7 AM at my doorstep ready to rock â nâ roll. Ish and General Sir good morning and put down flooring cloths and they continue to do the install even in the rain. These guys worked hard and Iâ m excited to use my new Wi-Fi thermostat. They even help me and was patient enough to set it up the WiFi thermostat because I forgot the password and the installation is Came out perfect way better then I expected. Definitely recommend them.! Ask for ISH!!!!! Thanks guys

    Ish Medellin (Owner) is very professional and knowledgeable. My furnace was running but not blowing hot air. He arrived within the predetermined time slot as promised. Was extremely thorough with explaining the issue (needed maintenance), identified the product that needed to be replaced at a reasonable price. Due to my health condition he recommended a product identified as an Air Scrubber. Itâ s purpose is to remove impurities from the air; and, improve the overall air quality within my home. I would highly recommend contacting this company if you have any HVAC issues. Overall I received amazing customer service. In addition pricing was fair and affordable.

    Ish took my call on Saturday for an estimate on a new furnace and came out on Sunday. He was very personable and knowledgeable. His estimate included a new filter rack for a larger filter, install of a furnace box for better air flow under the furnace, replaced the plastic tube drain with pvc drain coil directly into the drain, new gas pipe, fittings, electrical, and new PRO Thermostat; all for a very fair price. He and his crew came early Tuesday morning. The job took roughly 6 hours from start to finish. They did a very thorough and professional job. Ish took pictures to show me and my husband the cracks in 4 coils he found, one crack was large enough for the flame to burn through and damage the flame sensor. These cracks were very serious, as CO2 could have been leaking but also, as Ish pointed out, the large breach in one coil could have burned our house down. Please let this be a warning to all - have your furnace coils checked after the warranty expires. Our furnace was 30 years old. We were very lucky! Also, in conversation, I found out that Ish is very involved with the Watch Dog Dads Program in his daughter's school district. I worked in another district who also participates in the Watch Dog Dads Programs. Kudos to you Ish!

    Called and made an appointment with Ish on Sunday. He arrived on time out to Aurora at the Window that was promised. I was not getting enough cooling upstairs. He was very thorough. As a single Mother it was nice to have a trustworthy company. He not only fixed the issue but, also gave me options to prolong the life on the AC i joined the maintenance plan cant wait for them to clean the furnace and be ready for winter.

    This was our first time needing an HVAC service for our house (AC unit issues) and Ish, Nick and Genaro did a fantastic job! I met with Ish first to diagnose the problem. He is super knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions confidently and thoroughly. He was honest in explaining our options for our budget. He gave me estimates for multiple different scenarios I asked for and I never felt pushed into the more expensive option (and I am typically quite a skeptic when it comes to these types of things)! He also really took his time while at my house. I didnâ  t feel like I was rushed or that my questions were a bother to him. We decided to replace our whole unit and him and his team were able to come back just three days later! The install was smooth, they cleaned up all the work areas really well, and the whole team is very personable (and dog friendly, which I appreciate)! Overall, our experience was the best case scenario, and we will be using Ish and his team for all our future AC/Furnace maintenance!

    My furnace and AC were on their last leg. Ish provided a competitive bid and took the time to completely review my options. They completed the work on a Sunday to help minimize the impact of an install would have on me as I work from home. Ish and Genarro installed the equipment, walked me through the new controls before they left. They also cleaned up after themselves and you wouldnâ t know that they were there afterwards. Great company to work with!
