Great Service! all say it again Great Service very prompt! My furnace went out on Christmas Day of course. I called one my original company that i use. They said they couldn't come til tomorrow. I found Best Rates. I called they picked up and we're here within an hour on Christmas Day, Ish fixed it he was very honest upfront, they are trustworthy company. I also joined on there furnace and Ac annual check up. I will not be calling my old heating and cooling company. I'm glad i found this company.

We couldn't be happier! They came to give us an estimate because our furnace wasn't working and the house temperature was 55 degrees! Our unit was older, so the part had to be ordered and picked up 45 minutes away. Our pro came all the way back to our house at 8pm, so he could fix our furnace and we could again sleep in a warm house! That's what I call great customer service! Thank you so much for taking care of us so quickly.
