Ishmael and Louis did a great job on my furnace inspections. Ishmael was happy to let me look over his shoulder and explained every step of the process. They cleaned the furnaces both inside and out, and showed that they take great pride in their work. I would be happy to use Best Rates Heating and Cooling again.

I m a Master Sargeant in the US Army. I found Best Rates Heating and Cooling on the internet through Hone Advisor when my furnace stopped working. My daughter contacted me and informed me that it was 51 degrees in the house. I m stationed in Ohio and have a house in Illinois. Best Rate lives up to their name, not only did they find me the best rate possible. The owner gave me options of replacing the furnace and or repairing the unit. Not being home during this incident was extremely hard but the owner Ishmael made me feel comfortable and worked with my daughter and fixed the furnace within 48 hrs. Your Central Air Conditioning and Heating are one of those things you take for granted until it breaks. And that is the point at which you need to make a decision. Who Do I Call? But as many, including myself have discovered. He works with you to get the work done as quickly as possible, not making you wait days without cool air or cozy comfort. Not only is he the best choice but he is professional, pocketbook-friendly, works with not against your personal schedule and most of all leaves you feeling like the money you spent got you the best workmanship you could have wanted. I have been around this area for over 30 years. I've helped Brian and Sons, Kendall, Yorkville, Four Seasons and many of those other guys you may hear of grow. Many I've recommended personally. But there's a new simple solution available. And he's available 24-7. And will make you feel satisfied that you got professional work for a fair price in a timely manner. And the peace of mind that comes with a happy family. And a comfortable environment. Thanks, Ish. I consider you a friend and would tell everyone not to bother looking elsewhere.

Ish and Rene were great! They explained everything in great detail, were very neat, used drop cloths, cleaned up when they were finished, they encouraged us to inspect their work as the day progressed, quality work, quality product. Work as done within the estimated time. Would recommend them and use them again when needed.

I just moved into my new duplex and paid $800+ dollars to have my furnace and duct work clean by another company. I asked the owner of Best Rates Heating and Cooling to give me an estimate of what he charged to do the work not knowing what I had already paid. He counted the rooms and registers and game the price from $395-$495. He will be doing all my cooling and heating needs in the future. I was satisfied with his work and the price he charge to do it.

Ish came out to service my AC and not only was he absolutely delightful, but also helpful and professional.
