Ish, the business owner, personally responded to my initial contact, with a call. He scheduled an appt for me within a week. Other HVAC guys told me 2-3 weeks for an appt. Ish was thorough, honest and fast. Within 30-35 mintes my a/c was charged, coolant level topped off, and back in operation. Ish is my new guy for all heating and cooling needs.

Ismael(call him Ish), is the owner. Ish is by far the best repair man I have used in my 26 years living in Joliet. Diagnosed the problem(bad transfer box) in 15 minutes. My outside unit of my AC system would not turn on. Once up and running he checked out the complete system and found that my system was running at 80% efficiency. I was 2lbs short on freon. He has the best test equipment I have ever seen. Bottom line: Call Ish for any AC problems. He was honest, friendly, professional and guaranteed his work. I slept good that nite, knowing that my AC system was in perfect working order. I got exactly what I paid for. Go Ish.

Ish was amazing. He took me out to the AC unit so I could see it as soon as he opened it. Oh boy, I am not an ac repairmen, but as soon as I heard the clanking and saw the duct tape I knew the last person I hired scammed me. Ish talked me through the whole process and provided me with before and after pictures. It is nice to know when you can trust the person you are paying to take care of your home.

The owner of Best rates Heating and Cooling, Ish came out after being recommended by Home Advisor. He is very personable and took the time to explain to me all my options. I had them replace my furnace and Vic was there taking out the old unit while Ish picked up the new unit. Vic laid down blankets on my floor so as to not get the floor dirty. They did a excellent job installing the new unit and even put in a new thermostat and also put in a new PVC condensation drain from my humidifier and air conditioner drain. They also put in a shut off switch by the furnace instead of having direct connection to the furnace.

Although there was a family mishap due to scheduling, the owner Ish, was so accommodating and willing to work with our schedule. He put us at ease immediately regarding our issue with the furnace. He is a person of integrity and I would recommend him wholeheartedly !!

Ish is very good at what he does. He communicates and explains in detail the issues with your system and helps provide solutions. He did not try to up sell us on a new unit. He provided all of the options. Ish and his team did very good on the installation. They were timely and very detailed. Very high quality of Work. I would strongly recommend. Thank you
