I appreciate their quick response, I had tried the evening before and it was fruitless, but then I saw Angi's list and I figured I would try it. It worked out great, they came here at a reasonable time and took care of it.

Our hot water heater broke the day before a big snowstorm. Benjamin Franklin Plumbing was the first to respond to our request on Angiel's List. They said they could have a technician there in a couple of hours. They put in an electric hot water heater, but we were significantly overcharged by about $4,500. The company is refusing to provide us with an itemized bill and we were told our heater has a 10-year warranty, but we received no information. Unfortunately, we did not realize that we were scammed until after the fact.

I give Benjamin Frankin Plumber 5 Stars and have used them multiple times at my mother's house. They are reliable, on time and do good plumbing work. They are my preferred plumber and will continue to use them in the future ifbI have any plumbing issues. Scheduling is easy and I have had yo change my appointment on one or two occasions and they are flexible and understanding. Great experience every time. Lucas and Sam replaced two toilets last week and averted a potential water leak that could have been a huge problem with the water line to the outside spiket.They replaced a rotted gauge value.

They were very efficient and had good communication. I would definitely being going to them for any needs that come up in the future

I needed a leak checked out for insurance purposes, and Benjamin Franklin got there quickly and resolved the issue at a reasonable cost. I would definitely use them for projects in the future.

I needed a faucet replaced. When here, they noticed and pointed out another item that needed to be done. He went ahead, did the job and everything is working beautifully! A friendly and professional company I would highly recommend.

Misdiagnosed the problem which resulted in an unnecessary large large hole cut into kitchen ceiling and replacing the bathroom vanity that had been destroyed when it was removed. Turns out the problem was a leaky sink drain. BF did replace and install a new bathroom vanity. I paid them $3000.
