I was extremely pleased with Bell Computer Services,Inc in NewPort Richey. Mr Perry Bell arrived on time, was courteous and highly trained and versed in computer and printer dynamics for my home. He not only completed what was needed he shared highly sophisticated training and suggestions for future issues and needs that may arise. I felt as if I was in a technical institute learning state of the art information. There was no rush only courteous discourse on current processes needed for proper operation, wiring and WiFi. One will definitely gain a greater understanding from this talented IT technician.

Response from Company:

Thanks so much! It was great working with you. I'm happy to have helped setup your Mac Laptop and HP All In One to print, scan and copy wirelessly.

My original idea was to convert the existing CAT-5e phone system to an ethernet system. The next option was to utilize the house power wiring system to reduce cost but i wasn't interested. Perrie then suggested to go all Wi-Fi. But the existing Spectrum router could only provide 222 Mbps and 130 ms latency with 500 Mbps service, which made tactical and racing gaming no fun. Also there was very spotty service at the far ends of the house. The final system was to centrally locate the Modem and router. Then switch out the spectrum router for a TP-Link BE6500 (Dual-band WIFi 7 router Archer BE400). The entire modification, setup, and fine tuning was finished in a single afternoon. The WiFi was rock steady and strong in every room. The TP-Link WiFi-7 averaged download at 448 Mbps with a latency of 17 ms and 18 Mbps upload at 1 to 2 ms Jitter. Two of the family simultaneously ran competition racing games on Steam and -- gaming is still fun - no problems.

Response from Company:

Thanks so much for the 5 star review! I'm pleased we were able to get you to gameable speeds/latency. The TP-Link BE6500 WIFI-7 router is a great choice and for a use case such as yours, is without a doubt, among the fastest and best bangs for the buck in the residential router market in 2025. It should provide you with many years of steady speeds, lag free gaming and minimal disconnects. Happy gaming!

I had got ahold of Perry telling him that I needed help with my internet. He came to my home and had a difficult time with the 3 routers that I had setup the cover my house with over 45 WiFi devices. He was here for over 4 hours working on it. Perry charged me 200 which I really appreciated. But the next day the whole system crashed with it not working at all. Perry came back the next day and was here again for another 4 hours. He took down 2 of my routers and left me with my Asas mesh router to cover my devices and 1450 square of home. He charged me another 200 even though the issue wasn’t fixed by the first visit. Again major problems rehooking my devices. I’m disabled and totally rely on my wireless devices. So the next day again, I did not have any Internet service. I had called Perry asking him. What should I do? I told him that my system was 90% better before he came to fix my system. So I ended up having to re-hook back up all three of the router systems to get my devices back up to normal. I did like Perry‘s attention and willingness to come to my home but unfortunately, I believe that I was charged too much on the second visit since he should’ve had some type of warranty or guarantee on his work so beware before he messes up your system. It has now taken me three weeks to get my system or that I can use it from his visit

Perry came the same day to my house to help me get my WiFi system working properly. I had the hardware that was needed but it need to be reinstalled properly. He answered all my questions and had great ideas to improve my WiFi connectivity. I plan on having the company come back to finish the job after I get some more supplies.

Response from Company:

Thank You. I am honored to hear such an exceptional understanding of the work performed and the accurate description of the remaining work to be done to fix your issue. Description of Service Call Discovered several network misconfigurations including: 1. A Double NAT issue causing massive latency from your ISP modem to the main router. 2. 3 separate manufacturer Routers Misconfigured to act in Router Mode, with DHCP turned on and routing features enabled causing DHCP lease conflicts, intermittent internet drop outs and lost connections to IP Cameras and IOT devices To fix as many issues as possible until the new router arrives: 1. I reconfigured 2 of the routers to work in access point-mesh mode to correct the routing/dhcp conflict issues until the new router arrive. I will be coming back to finish the job to 1. Remove old Netgear N Router 2. Remove all unnecessary/redundant Eero mesh satellites 3. Consolidate network to 1 single manufacturer Asus mesh router system set in Router/Mesh Mode with 3 mesh satellite access points connected via ethernet backhaul at 2.5 GB. I look forward to consolidating and completing your network setup!
