They were easy to work with; kept checking with me in ensure they were doing what I wanted and made sure I was totally happy, before they left. They also had several good suggestions about getting the best long term result.

They were on-time for the bid and the job and they did a nice job on the trees. I gave them 3 for quality because I had asked for a small tree to be removed and instead they just cut it down at the base - the stump is still there but we are working around it in the garden.

Bear Creek Tree Service was excellent. Everybody was polite, professional, and entertaining. The guys made the experience a pleasure to watch. They even helped out my neighbors who wanted wood or were just plain curious. They left my yard, driveway looking great and it was raining half the time too!

Bear Creek was on the job site on time, cleared out the trees and brush we agreed to and cleaned up their work while doing all of this in the rain! Highly Recommended!

This is a bunch of really good guys who know their business inside and out. They were extremely friendly and worked to my requests. Their price was very fair and their cleanup was excellent. While they were cutting my tree my neighbor came out and asked for a price for cutting two trees and two stumps, he accepted there price and had them do his work too. I highly recommend this company!
