Ray is great. He did what he said he would do, with attention to detail, at a fair price. The tree technicians came and they were very careful around the fences and other plants. We had our sport court redone just the week before, when the tree fell right next to it. They were very careful about working around it to protect the new finish. They were all pleasant people who respected each other and the customer, even our neighbors. Ray came by the same day to see if I was happy. I can say with all enthusiasm that I am very happy with the careful and thorough job they did. Highly recommend them!

The Japanese Maple that was planted below the tree that was removed was destroyed. Also my security sign was broken. All the wood was not picked up for several days. I finally allowed my neighbor to take it. The contact person did not return my call about the wood pickup and other issues mentioned above.

Our yard is challenging due to a model train and track loop throughout our yard. They did an excellent job in trimming a big Douglas fir and were in complete control of placing the limbs as they came down. We intend to have them return in the fall to take on a Red Cedar.

I was contacted very quickly, terms were agreed upon and the first thing the next morning, the trees were trimmed. Very quick. Very wonderfully done.

They didn't have the right equipment when they came. Mike had to come back and finish the job. If I was going to hire anyone from this company it would be Mike and the fellow who cleans up. (didn't catch his name). They were both EXCELLENT and I would hire them in a heart beat. The company did not do exactly what I wanted, so for that, I believe I didn't get what I paid for...
