He made room in his schedule to accommodate a last-minute request, arrived on time to complete the project, and was extremely polite and professional the entire time. The project - patching a hole in my drywall and re-installing a towel bar - took him and Mario no time to complete, and looks beautiful. You can't tell there was ever a problem on that wall.
