Bathtub was replaced with a lovely walk in shower. It was finished as promised in two days. Work was well and carefully done. Much attention to detail. All done with friendly manner, answered all questions! Keith did a great job, out of the office to meet my time constraints. It is much appreciated, and I would recommend them highly!!

Bath Pros goes above and beyond for their customers. We are so happy with the quality of work and price on our bathroom remode! Jon was started in a timely fashion, a d completed in the time frame they said it would be. No hidden costs and the qua!ugh is supberb.

They did a great job replacing my old fiberglass shower with a larger higher quality shower. They were neat, timely, and detail oriented. Nick did our installation and we were happy with him.

We had Bath Pro install a new whirlpool bathtub/shower in our master bathroom which required new electrical outlet to run the pump. The installation took a little longer than originally estimated do to the complexity of running the new electrical and the sub floor needing to be fixed. Instead of rushing the job they took the time to do it right. They went the extra mile in several areas doing things that I would not have done if I had done it myself. The new bathtub looks incredible and is exactly what we wanted.

The Bath Pro KC team was very professional. Nick was very detail oriented, explained and answered questions, and a most dedicated worker. All work was completed as scheduled. We like the new look with the onyx shower and oiled bronze framing and fixtures.

I hired Bath Pro KC to replumb for a master bath remodel. Upon opening the floor, it was discovered the main sewer drain lines were improperly installed when the house was built 40 years ago. Keith at Bath Pro stayed into the evening and worked until the problem was fixed so the family could use the restroom facilities. Price for the additional work was very reasonable. Service was exceptional. A real pleasure to work with.

Bath Pro KC recently remodeled my shower - I went from a tub with doors to a walk-in shower, and I have to say, everyone at this company was a pleasure to work with! The sales and contracting process was easy; I never felt pressured to buy or to make decisions that would increase the price of the project. Additionally, after getting a few quotes on the project, Bath Pro KC was the most cost-effective option - by far. They guys handling the implementation were courteous and kept my space quite clean, even though they were ripping out tile and an old tub. After each day of work, they vacuumed and packed everything up so that my space was livable. Installation took a bit longer than expected due to some unforeseen circumstances (1 extra day), and the guys at Bath Pro KC were apologetic and came in on a Saturday to get the shower finished up and usable. I greatly appreciate the work they did, and I would recommend them to anyone in the KC area. They sell great products, have a professional team, and are a joy to work with all around.
