"I hired this crew to replace some windows in my house that were dated and had some damage. Dan and his team were very mindful as they removed and replaced the old windows not to make a mess or damage anything on the property. I was grateful for this since I have 2 dogs, it's nice not having to worry about a bunch of broken glass from a careless crew. They replaced 5 windows and replaced the siding on the house in those areas. The windows look great inside and out and haven't had any problems with leakage or standing water on the sill. 10/10 would hire again!"

"Melvin and his crew were amazing! Very professional and timely. I had stucco cracking on the side and back of the house. It had been repaired in the past by the builder. However, it was a terrible job and quickly started doing it again. It has now been done correctly and looks better than when the builder did it. Matches and blends in with the existing stucco. You cannot tell where the crack was . They did a wonderful job and will be using them in the future for painting inside my home. I highly recommend Melvin and his crew!! Thanks guys for a job well done!!!!"

"Having polymer insulated vinyl siding installed on your home is a huge investment, there is no hiding that fact. I received bids from multiple well-known siding companies in the KC area, but Great Plains Exteriors quote was by far the most competitive. More important than the price, however, was that company owner Chase made me feel the at ease with taking on such a large project. The ProVia CedarMax siding product, the 3D moisture barrier house wrap, and the process of removing wood rot before even installing new siding was explained in great detail. Chase answered all questions promptly and confidently. There was absolutely no pressure placed on me to make a decision. It took me a few weeks to think it all over, but eventually I made a decision that would transform my home for the better. I decided to go with Great Plains Exteriors to reside my house. They were able to work with my schedule, and even were able start work earlier than expected. On the first day of the project I met with Chase and Carlos, the crew lead, who would be overseeing the daily work. Immediately I felt in good hands, as Carlos and Chase exuded a high level of professionalism while running through the preliminary project details with me. The crew got started the very next day, stripping off the old, rotten board-and-batten siding. They cut out all the rotten wood present and replaced it with new plywood. It was truly impressive to watch these guys go at it! As the old siding was stripped away its true condition was exposed, it hit me how badly needed the new siding was. Within a couple of days, the houses appearance was already transformed as the new siding (and new color!) was taking shape. Carlos communicated with me every day to make sure I was happy with everything. Any questions I had were answered, any concerns I had were quickly addressed. You really cannot ask for a better group of guys to work with. At the end of every work day, the crew cleaned up everything, bagged up all the trash, organized their tools and were neat and tidy. I was impressed - this is hard work and they performed it with accuracy and class. After about seven days, the house was finished. The entire thing was had been resided in a beautiful slate gray with white trim. It was nearly unrecognizable from the ugly brown rotten wooden husk it once was. I look forward to the heating and cooling savings due to the new insulation, as well as never having to paint again. The siding lifetime warranty paired with professional-grade installation have made me realize this was a truly meaningful investment in the houses future. You may be on the fence about residing your house; it is a tremendous investment so that is understandable. However, know that if you decide to take the plunge, there is one company you can certainly trust to do the job right: Great Plains Exteriors."

"Had about a ten foot crack running left to right in a section of stucco that needed to be repaired. Andapithi Stucco was able to remove the cracked stucco, fix the plywood underneath, and apply new stucco that blended in with the rest of the section. Other companies wanted to redo the entire section of stucco (10 ft x 15 ft), or to create a new smaller section around the newly applied stucco which would have made the repair obvious. Andapithi Stucco was the lowest estimate by more than half, and then reduced the price by an additional $200 since the job didn't require as much work as first estimated. Great experience!"

"We contacted Pero initially to get a free quote on installing bottom sweeps on 2 storm doors. He arrived on time and after seeing the project, he completed the job at half the price of the franchised handyman quotes that I got from contractors that automatically assigned 2 hours to complete. We were so impressed with his work and integrity that we enlisted his services to install about 40 pavers along the back fence line where our dog has worn out a path. We no longer will need to search for a handyman. We have the utmost confidence in Pero and the quality and value of his work."
