But most of all they were very good at communicating at each stage and offered options for the details that resulted in a better outcome than expected. Very grateful.

In the past year and a half we have had Bath Pro KC re-do 3 bathrooms in our home. It was a very easy process. We shared with Ron the ideas we had and he showed us what they could do to make those ideas happen. After seeing their products, many options and discussing pricing, we decided to get the ball rolling with ordering and installation. Each time we had punctual, courteous, professional people to take out the old and put in the new. Steve, amazingly, worked solo, taking out a tub, tile shower, vanity and mirror, cleaning up as he went. Then he did a superb job of installing a lovely walk-in shower, taller vanity and counter and another shower wall around another tub. Just last week, we had Tyler and Brittany come and do a master vanity area and half-bath off the kitchen.  Just getting the big one-piece 5 foot mirror off the wall in one piece was very impressive. They exhibited the same  good, methodical, professional work ethic with great clean up and attention to detail. I couldn't be happier with my new shower! There was absolutely no pressure to buy from Steve when he came out and gave me an estimate on the cost of the work. The installers, Tyler and Britney, were so friendly, professional, and easy to work with, kept me informed of everything they were doing every step of the way, and kept the work area and the floors clean and clutter free throughout the 2 day process. The quality of the new shower and workmanship by Tyler and Britney are outstanding! I will definitely hire Bath Pro again and would give them 10 stars if I could!

Friendly, courteous and attentive to detail. Quality workman ship. I had a shorten work day schedule and he worked with me on it. Work area and path in and out was kept clean and clear every night. I would highly recommend them on arenâ t project. I really love the work done.

Couldn’t be more pleased with how my project turned out. I’ve not had great experience in the past with home contract workers, but I’m truly happy with the quality of the shower and completely happy with the installers, Tyler and Britney.
