Saleperson was professional and offered positive suggestions and assisted me in ordering parts for the installation. The difference between this sales person and the two others was notable The wokman arrived right on schedule and worked from 8AM until near 8 PM in order to complete the installation. He was a perfectionist, He did a wonderful job! Everything was just perfect. The cleanup was spotless..

Very professional people working for this business... from the salesperson who came to explain the whole process to the installer. The installer was extremely neat and arrived on time which I appreciated. I hate when workers arrive late to the job and you're stuck waiting. He did an awesome job, too! No mess to clean up after him, either, which was nice. Very happy with the product, so far. The only reason I'm giving it a slightly lower mark for the value is because it is a bit costly. However, since the bathtub to shower conversion is for an older relative, it's worth the money, Very glad I hired BathPlanet.

Bath Planet did an amazing job. The initial consult was great and I was walked through all my options. They provided thorough responses to my questions and I scheduled the work. The contractors were on time and did an amazing job. My bathroom went from bleh to amazing in 6 hours. I'd highly recommend this company, they know their stuff and even though it was more than I was hoping to pay, I'd do it again in a heartbeat. Worth every penny!

The installer was very polite and did a good job with the shower/tub conversion to a walk-in shower. The install process was relatively smooth and quiet with minimal interruption to our house. I am glad I hired BathPlanet to do the install.

The salesman should have told me the tearout of the old shower and the installation of the new shower would cause a white dust over everything in every room. I have a lot of cleanup to do. I am not happy with the caulking around the base of the shower. It looks a little messy. The installer said it was because the gap between the flooring and the new shower base was wider than usual. I think a better job should have been done. Overall the new showers look beautiful and are working fine.

I will recommend them to all my friends. The men were on time and as promised were completed within 8hrs. The men that did the work were extremely professional and took pride in what they did because it showed. These guys went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. Great crew & great company.
