The jet nozzles are stiff and very hard to move around, when I told them about it, they said **that is how they come**, and the drain plug is hard to pull up and down, they said **put some wd40 in it**. I should not have to do anything but take a bath. Also, the workers cracked my stone tile and broke my floor molding, and they did tell me they did. Also, craked newly painted walls and masked them with sealant. I have 3 bathrooms and I will not be using bath planet.

My wife and I have lived in our house for almost three years now. We knew from the start we were going to need to replace the master bath/shower. We reached out to multiple companies and finally ended up working with Bath Planet. I wish we would have found them sooner. The entire process was pain free. From picking out our tub/shower to installation, our expectations were exceeded. We did have a minor hiccup at the beginning of the process, but the team helped us out. The price defiantly meets the quality of the product. When we remodel our guest bath in the next 5 years, we will be going with Bath Planet again.

Bath Planet came out and remodeled my Bathroom Shower, they were professional, and they did this with in 4 hours, they cleaned up after themselves. We had odd shaped walls but they handled this professionally. Mike the installer was professional, but he did a quality job, he also run into a little plumbing problems, so I had to get my own plumber there to help them out, otherwise everything was good. I am happy so far, it is been 2 weeks of using my new shower and so far so good, very easy cleanup, just wipe down which I Love!!
