I had 2 bathrooms changed to walk in showers. 2 guys came and did 1 shower Thursday and did not take long, very nice and polite. Did a wonderful job and did not take long. Came the next day and did the second bathroom. If you want this done I recommend you call now. Love it.

Bath Planet was very responsive to all requests for appointments and inquiries regarding the project. I love my new shower! Work was done timely and actually was completed hours earlier than was projected. The installers were very respectful and very good about explaining as the project went along.

Overall service was great. Had an appointment, was called that morning and told had to cancel due to illness. As that was not acceptable, contacted the manager. He was able to schedule another service tech and the project was completed as scheduled. The technicians were professional and did a great job.
