Installers were profession, considerate. They cleaned up after their work was complete. Took all old tearout with them. VERY happy with the results.

They made my experience exciting,smooth,beautiful , professionally done and quick. My bathroom looks awesome and we spend more time in there mostly because it’s now an aromatherapy mood every time. Thanks I appreciate everything and I have already been telling people about and sending pictures to family and friends. Now I have my own personal spa area with less money than I expected.

One day for a complete change from tub to walk in shower. Installer was great, answered all my questions. Covered the hallway floor and even the stairway. Very pleased from the estimator all the way through the installation. Love the walk-in shower! Installer swept up the floor and also the garage where he had been cutting materials. No dirt or debris left behind. Very professional.

In one day our bathtub and surround were removed and a beautiful new walk in shower was installed. The work was very well done, they were very careful with the tile and materials around the project. They covered all of my floors and were very neat. I am very pleased with the workmanship and my new shower.

We love the shower thar was installed. Our installer was very nice and explained what he was doing as he did the project. He was training another guy. The only thing was that the girl who scheduled the project said the installer would be at our house between 8-9 AM. I thought I had at least until 8 AM for all of us to shower and get done by 8, but the installer arrived at 7:30, which I had wet hair and was barely dressed. The installers donâ t call at all and say what time they are arriving. I also was told by the girl scheduling in the office that bath planet would call and verify the time and date for the installation. I did not receive a call the Friday before the install date, which was Monday, May 9. I did call bath planet on Saturday but was told all the guys were in the field and not able to take calls to verify the date and time. So the guy did show up at 7:30. I felt that if someone had told me 7:39, thar I would have been ready and out if that bathroom thar was to be worked on. The installer was great. I just felt better communication with the girls in the office and the customers would be good as to exactly what time they arrive at your house. My installer said he heard that all the time because he likes to show up early. That really should be communicated to the office girls so they can tell the customer. I do love the shower that was installed and would recommend them very highly.
