Jack from Basement Man did an excellent job on our home. He repaired a foundation crack and installed drain pipes to divert water away from the house, and everything was done professionally and efficiently. On top of that, he’s a great father and husband, which speaks to his character and integrity. I would absolutely hire him again and highly recommend his services!

You tell him and his crew what you want done and they'll tell you what's possible, what it will cost (which is always reasonable and never with an up-charge), and how long it will take. Jack's crew were on-time, worked efficiently, and were never in the way. My crawlspace was encapsulated on time and on budget. I'm renovating an old zombie house, and the basement was in terrible shape - humid, cracked floors and walls and foundation issues both inside and out. I met with several contractors, but most only focused on their own niche, never offering a comprehensive fix. Then I met Jack - Basement Man. He was the only one who looked at the full picture and pointed out issues that others missed. Jack was professional, thorough and honest. He took the time to walk me through my options, never trying to be pushy or upsell me on things I didn't need. He was on-site everyday, led a hard-working team, and turned my basement into a clean, solid and completely revitalized space. His communication was consistent and clear throughout the project. The results were beyond my expectations. I'd hire him again in a heartbeat and highly recommend him to anyone with basement and foundation challenges.

I needed basement waterproofing. Jack, the basement man,was extremely helpful with letting me know each stage of the project. Work needed to be done on an inside wall to solve a problem with water accumulating outside. In my opinion, he went above and beyond what was expected!. The problem has been fixed and I’m very happy with what it looks like in the basement and the outside. A local real estate agent recommended Jack and, within the hour, he stopped by to review the the work required to remediate a basement mold issue. Jack has extensive knowledge from being a former builder, and within 30 minutes we had agreed to a very fair price and confirmed his team would be on site first thing Monday morning. Jack and his team did an EXCELLENT job, going above and beyond the planned scope discussed while completing the job... in TWO days! He was extremely thorough and communicated it's status throughout the job. Without a doubt Jack and his crew were the best contractors I have worked with. Give Jack a call - you will not be disappointed! Description of Work: All paneling and carpets were removed. Studs were stripped of nails for new sheetrock. Furniture was removed and the entire basement was cleaned, including a crawl space. Floors and walls were sprayed with multiple anti-mold solutions and the floors, staircase and handrail were painted. Exterior walls were waterproofed. The roof was cleaned. And leaders and gutters were cleaned out, and extensions were added.

Jack was super informative and kind during the whole process of the project. Jack and his crew did an amazing job transforming my basement. I was shocked to see how much better it looked. I feel confident that there will be no more flooding thanks to the workmanship provided. Would highly recommend using Jack and his team!

We had a dry well installed in our egress window well by another company a couple of years ago. But last month we had several days of heavy rain and our basement flooded again. The other company wouldn't show up to look at it so we called Jack Basement Man Brady. He brought his crew over two days later, found, and fixed, several deficiencies in how the dry well had been put in, and added a sump pump as extra protection. He also made some other improvements to keep the rainwater away from our foundation. Jack and his team were very thorough and the price was reasonable. He explained everything in great detail, maybe too much detail sometimes, and made sure we understood why he did everything. Also, it rained hard again a few days later and the dry well held up but we noticed a leak in a different spot. Jack came back and fixed that too, at no extra charge. We would highly recommend Jack for any basement flooding projects.

How dry I am! After 15 years of dealing with water coming into the boiler area of my basement every time it rained, Jack The Basement Man fixed the problem. Very professional and truly cares about making sure the job is done correctly. Jack is a no-nonsense guy that talks to you with respect. He obviously has many years of experience because he was able to identity the source of the problem right away and tells you straight up what he needs to do to fix. His team took their time in completing the job and cleaned up after themselves. Very reasonable priced. If you look further to save a few bucks you are wasting your time.
