Basement Man

Jack Brady and his crew from Basement Man were incredible. The price was great and the crew was friendly, respectful and very neat. Jack didn't try to push any services on me that weren't needed and when something unexpected was found he didn't raise the price from his initial estimate. I was so happy to find a contractor who had character and us as honest and willing to explain every step to me as we went through a process that I was unfamiliar with. I will recommend Jack and Basement Man to anybody who has a basement issue.

Jack Brady and his crew are very knowledgeable. He takes the time to explain what he recommends for repair and why. He also answers any questions that his clients have. When the work is being performed, Jack will tell you exactly what will be done in the order it will be done, and what materials his crew will be using. He shows his clients the progress being made before the job is completed. He is also an excellent communicator. I enjoyed having Jack and his crew work in my home. I am very pleased with their work.

Jack Brady and his crew did an outstanding job of transforming our basement from a dungeon to a clean and organized space that we can now enjoy and be proud of. Our basement had essentially become a dumping ground and overrun storage space. As busy professionals we were simply unable to tackle such a labor intensive and overwhelming project. Jack and his crew came to our rescue as consummate professionals. Well qualified, experienced and extremely respectful of both the interior and exterior of our home, Jack and his men implemented a carefully considered basement restoration plan that was completed on time and for considerably less than what another contractor might have charged. I would recommend Jack Brady without equivocation and place him at the top of my list of contractors. He has worked tirelessly to earn the sterling reputation he enjoys.

Jack is a straight shooter and goes over the problems he sees and only positive solutions. Jack is personable and tried to save you money versus over sell unnecessary improvements. We need our foundation patched for leaks and his crew went over and beyond the work we thought we needed. Waterproofed our outside issues and then waterproofed the inside with paint. They cleaned up our crawl spaces as well as under the basement stairs. Jack even threw in a fire extinguisher and 2 water detectors. Great man, proud of what he does and loves to please his customers. HIghly recommend. Oh, his crew keep everything clean and when they left you would never have known they dug into our driveway and backyard to install leader drains from our gutters.

Jack and his team are some of the most capable and honest vendors with whom I have ever worked. They were very knowledgeable, dependable, courteous, professional, and can do anything to fix or improve your basement and home foundation for a reasonable price with superlative results. I can and have recommended them highly in the past and continue to do so.

Mr. Brady was great to work with. I couldnâ t really explain over the phone what needed to be done. He offered to come to the house and talk to us. It was so easy because he knew exactly what the problem was. We didnâ t need a new window, but a new window well! Thatâ s what you get when you hire an expert! He also waterproofed the walls around the basement greenhouse. He and his crew did a great job and I would work with them again if we needed more work to be done.

Jack is one of the most amazing contractors I have worked with in all my life and I would highly recommend Jack to anyone with a basement water issue hands down. I waited over a year to do this review because with the type of work Jack does time will tell and I am so happy with the results so far - not a drop of water in my basement.
