Jack and his crew were top notch !! Excellent workmanship and very clean !! Great guy, very professional and knowledgeable, fair price too !! Redirected rain water around foundation outside, removed basement sheetrock, located leak on basement wall and repaired, waterproofed foundation, treated mold, replaced sheetrock, insulation and molding, primed and painted. Highly recommend this company !!

Jack and his crew were thorough, professional and courteous throughout the entire waterproofing project for the basement, which included outside drainage work to better direct water away from the house, and the foundation repairs that were needed. He provided a detailed estimate and explained all facets of the project. Jack also provided additional recommendations for repairing the house gutters and downspouts. The home was built in the 1940's and the basement would flood following rain. Since the repairs, three rain storms within five weeks, each with over 3 inches of rain, have occurred and the basement waterproofing project was immediately tested. It has remained dry!

Jack and his crew were amazing. Jack responded quickly and assessed the problem and proposed a solution. He was friendly but professional and was easy to work with. The cost was very reasonable and the work was completed before the next deluge so I didnâ t get flooded again. All the crew members (Mike, Leo, Benny and James) were efficient and knew what they were doing. Special mention and commendation to James (the foreman) who went over and above in getting the basement in order. In fact when he was finished organizing the basement I couldnâ t believe it was mine. Hopefully it will serve as an incentive for me to maintain it. I wouldnâ t hesitate to recommend Basement man.

I interviewed six different waterproofing companies after our basement flooded (we purchased an older home that was originally built in 1982) and received six wildly different quotes with the solutions all over the place. Jack Brady took the time to explain the problem, pinpoint the causes, and work through the various options with me in a way that made the most sense. His quote was not the highest or lowest, but it was fair and good value for the money commensurate with the services he and his dedicated team provided. They showed up to do the work when they said they would, kept the work site clean, worked efficiently, and got the job done. Jack also happens to be an incredibly nice guy and by the end of the project he felt like a friend. Best of all, I believed Jack when he said he would personally guarantee his work, and that has proven correct. I've called him multiple time in the two years since when I had new water issues in the basement, and he always responded right away, driving over an hour to get to my house to check things out. On one occasion the source of the issue was a burst pipe, which was something he warned me about and was not his fault. More recently we had water come in after a particularly heavy storm. He returned right away to resolve the issue on his dime so it won't happen again. If I could give more stars than 5, I would!

I thought I was looking at a five day job because the work was so labor intensive. I was astounded the kid was completed in two full days.
