Jack and his hard working and friendly team cleaned out, insulated and sealed my crawlspace. I have never met a man like Jack before. He is learned, kind, decent and friendly. He realistically promises then completely OVER delivers. I had two other fellows look at my foundation project. 1 only gave an estimate based on photos and never came to the house. The other didn't want the job because he couldn't make enough money on it. Jack came in, assessed what I NEEDED, told me exactly how he would do it and what he would do. He was on time, exactly on budget and proceeded to do many extras in the project while never changing the price a dime. Jack Brady and his amazing crew , are the most efficient, hardworking perfectionists that We have hired in 30 yrs! Amazing job, finished in one week on a 7400 square foot basement, consisting of multiple â add onâ foundations. We purchased this home with a dingy, unfinished basement, that was a mess. Under Jackâ s expertise, this crew went above and beyond, examining issues that were outside their projectâ for structure, safety and aesthetic issues. Perfectly neat and clean, â their work and the transformation that resulted, were simply unbelievable! Jack is a caring and concerned contractor, that made sure everything was beyond perfect, added extras and did a report of all items that needed looking into by other professionals, ie, boilers, water heater , oil and gas tanks, plumbing issues, even electric. He is knowledgeable in basically every area of construction and subcontractor issues. I cannot tell you how thrilled we are! ( He even found a fault in an original wall of an old foundation, and had it reinforced, grinders down and properly sealed.. at least 3 different coats of hydrolic cement and seals plus waterproof painting)! Absolutely amazing and a warm, concerned personality, a â helluva guyâ , as we have embraced Jack Brady as a friend. The price was beyond reasonable, and we are so thankful to have chosen â Basement Manâ . You want to chose him to do this type of projectâ I cannot imagine there is ANYONE better to do such amazing and particular work. If I could give 100 stars, I would! Best of the Bestest!

Jack Brady, the Basement Man, was recommended to us by a friend who was very pleased with work he did recently at her home, so we contacted him after our basement was flooded by Hurricane Ida. Jack spent a great deal of time explaining what was needed and (just as importantly) what was not needed, and established trust and confidence right away. We engaged him and he, with James, Mike and the rest of the crew, transformed the basement from a dismal mess to a bright and clean space. The craftsmanship and genuine pride in the quality of their work was evident at every step and in the finished product. They went above and beyond, cleaned up thoroughly and left the house as if they were never here. But we know they were here and we are thrilled with our reclaimed space.
