I recently had the pleasure of working with JC on remodeling my kitchen and bathroom vanity, and I cannot recommend him highly enough. He completed the job in just four weeks, which felt like a blink of an eye due to how smoothly everything went. JC guided me through selecting the perfect quartz counters for my kitchen, offering invaluable expertise and recommendations. They did a wonderful job installing new tile in both of our bathrooms! Very professional, prompt, and reasonably priced!

JC and Oscar from B&A did our renovations on our home and by far met and exceeded our expectations. We had a wall removed, archways built, dining floor raised, tile and carpet removed, original white oak hardwood floors installed/sanded and stained, both gentlemen were extremely friendly, respectful, punctual and detail-oriented and took pride in making our vision come to fruition. They treated the work as it was like their home. Lastly, they went above and beyond and completed a few minor projects around the house because my wife and I had simply mentioned some things we planned to do and when asked their expert advise, they not only advised us but completed them to our surprise. We would highly recommend them for your project.

The level of professionalism, construction knowledge, attention to detail and customer satisfaction with B & A was absolutely top notch! I m an out of state property owner and needed complete renovations to my property, so I knew I had to vet / interview multiple contractors over the phone. After a few initial contacts with other contractors, I knew that JC was the right business owner for me. JC listened to my needs and provided his approach, a fair estimate and timeline. Having a degree and background in architecture, JC demonstrated a wealth of knowledge when he answered my questions. The level of trust was there from day one! I felt like a family member was helping me achieve my goals with regard to renovations, purchasing materials, not wasting time or money. I wish we had contractors like JC here in New York. Contractors get a bad wrap, so my suggestion to anyone looking for quality of work, professional service and customer care...look no further than B & A renovations.

JC & OSCAR ARE BOTH REMARKABLY TALENTED, HARD WORKING AND TRUSTWORTHY THEIR WORK WAS EXCELLENT THE TEXTURING WAS PERFECT AND AMAZING! THEY ARE VERY FLEXIBLE AND WILLING TO DISCUSS SOLUTIONS AT LENGTH THEY ALSO REPAIRED PERFECTLY SUBS STANDARD WORK THAT WAS DONE BY SOMEONE ELSE. ALTHOUGH I DID NOT NEED A RENOVATION I HAVE NO DOUBT SHOULD WE NEED SUCH SERVICES WE WOULD BE CALLING THEM.

B&A installed new counter tops in my vintage Airstream. The renovation had challenges. The things I look for is; 1. show up when you commit to a time, 2. hold true to your estimate, 3. know what your doing and do it well, 4. clean up every day, 5. have friendly and professional workers. B&A did not let me down on any of the attributes I look for in the above list. Thanks J.C. we already discussed a house project we are thinking about for next year.
