"I would not hesitate to recommend or rehire Waldo and his family. They provided friendly, fast, and great quality service. I had a number of items on my punch list before selling my house -- odd items which would have required numerous "specialists". Waldo and his family punched them all out at a TREMENDOUS price (to the point where I had to tip because I didn't feel they charged enough). Here's what they did: ** Cut drywall and repair wood due to two roof leaks (a roofer took care of the outside, Waldo took care of the inside of the house). ** Paint an entire two room ceiling. ** Paint a 15-20 foot long half wall in the kitchen. ** Install 3 rooms of carpeting, including one incredibly odd shaped closet. ** Remove outdoor fans.
