Ballard's Septic Tank Service, LLC

DO NOT USE BALLARDS! After waiting THREE WEEKS for installation because of their ?mechanical issues,? we ended up with a completely different system than what we were promised. We paid for a concrete system with ONE riser and instead got a cheap plastic system with THREE risers. To make matters worse, the tanks had huge bold warnings printed right on the side saying: ?DO NOT BACKFILL WITH CLAY.? Guess what Ballards used to backfill them? CLAY. We were also told they would run NEW piping from the house to the system. That never happened. Instead, they tied into the old existing piping. We took photos of everything because at this point we don?t trust the workmanship and fully expect problems down the road. And the damage to our property has been unbelievable. They completely destroyed our yard. Since installation, we?ve already had to spend an extra $2,000 bringing in dump truck loads of dirt because the ground keeps sinking around the tanks. We?ve laid 6 pallets of grass ourselves

I am very unhappy with the entire experience. The work was started without my authorization while I was not at home. The work was not done exactly the way I would have preferred. The owner, or whoever he was (Wes) called me at work to let me know that the work was completed and to collect payment. I went ahead and paid. Then, when I arrived home later that afternoon, I found that the workers had left my yard in a complete and total mess. They didn't even bother to fill in the trenches that they dug to install the sprinkler lines. I found one of the sprinklers down inside the trench below ground level. I never should have paid for this project without inspecting the job after it was completed. That is a mistake that I will never make again. Lesson learned! I do not recommend Ballard's Septic Tank Service LLC.

Our job got done promptly and correctly by Jeff! He was outstanding. Cannot say enough nice things about him and his work. We are so happy with Ballard and Jeff!
